My experience with Bond Investigations was deeply disappointing. The company initially appeared professional and eager to take my case, but communication largely stopped after I paid the $1500 upfront fee. Weeks without updates or visible progress stretched into months. When the investigator finally contacted me, he seemed unfamiliar with my case and acknowledged that he had not read the two-page explanation I submitted on the first day. Despite the lack of apparent progress, I was then asked to pay more for additional investigation. I ultimately hired another provider, who completed a thorough investigation. Bond Investigations provided no explanation, apology, or refund. Given the poor communication, lack of demonstrated progress, and unresolved payment concerns, I strongly recommend choosing a different provider. You may get more value from burning your money - it would at least save you months of waiting. I would give 0 stars if I could.

This is a complete scam. The receptionist is lovely and appears to be very good at her job. But that is where the service ends. The investigator call you right away, give you plenty of reassurances and then when you try and follow up, will ghost you. I had to call the receptionist several times to get him to call me back and each time he kept stating "I must not have your number" even though we had a text stream. Months of calling and texting with no response and spent over $8000. Really, criminal in approach and there is no recourse at all.

Do not trust this service! Complete scam! Took our money and did absolutely nothing! Should be reported to authorities!
