Do not get scammed by Bomibox. I received a box that was clearly hastily thrown together, zero presentation. Worse, it contained one full size/deluxe travel size items, instead of the advertised 7-8. It had a few cheap (1.99 USD) samples of lip masks and sheet masks. I looked everything up and it came to a total of 32 USD for the 49.98 box. They then refused to refund me unless I returned the cheap items in the original box, which was a ridiculous request for such a fraudulent product/service. I don’t need to out of my way because Bomibox decided to run a scam. I involved the Better Business Bureau and did get refunded but Bomibox never acknowledged the fact that the box contents were not what they advertised. Definitely do not recommend. Much better Korean skin care subscription boxes out there that don’t send you some trash for 49.98 and then lie about it.

Started a three month subscription in April prior to the cutoff on the website, so I should have received a May box. Nope. And then I had to inquire why I did not get one. What an ordeal with customer service. They told me the May box “sold out” and my subscription will begin with the June box. Got a June box and then received another June box. Obviously they are trying to make up for the missing May box by sending two identical boxes in June but that’s not the point of a subscription where I want to try a variety of products. Very dissatisfied with Bomibox. Look elsewhere!

My mom loved this so much she made me post this review to let the company know how much she appreciates it. I mostly use the sheetmasks, but my mom loved the serums and creams as she'd never tried Korean skincare before. Thank you bomibox!

Bought a subscription in feb 26. Still haven’t received the box or any correspondence or website update as of April 18. Had to dispute the charge and do a chargeback.

Absolutely rubbish customer service, I placed an order to be told after I had placed it that the postage was going to be more than the subscription cost, so I messaged them immediately to cancel. I still haven’t had a response and that was 5 days ago. I have messaged them repeatedly and they are ignoring me. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I ordered a Bomibox delivery, but one of the products arrived damaged and leaked powder all over the box and the other items. I contacted their team and provided photos. They offered a refund, which I accepted on 8 October. Since then, I’ve followed up multiple times, but they have not responded or issued the refund. The lack of communication is unacceptable. The initial response was polite, but their follow-through has been extremely disappointing. I’m sharing this experience to warn others; if something goes wrong with your order, you may face a lot of effort and delays to get it resolved.

Don’t buy and subscribe to this service, it’s a scam, I bought a subscription 17 of June and after more than a month I didn’t receive anything. Stay away from them.
