Bombshell SportswearReviews of bombshellsportswear.com

The reason I’m giving a one star is because I’ve had some good leggings from bombshell and been very happy and left 5 star reviews, but this month I purchased an outfit from them that dissatisfied me so I went to leave a 3 star review on the website on the outfit I purchased and because it wasn’t 5 star my review magically disappeared, then I thought I will check other reviews on other products, every single review on their website is 5 star, they delete all the reviews less than this which actually disgusted me to be honest. I don’t like dishonesty and this is complete deception, not good at all!!!

Crap Instagram management. I couldn’t load their website for days during the Black Friday sale. I live in Malaysia. So I contacted them via their Instagram. And they quickly blamed it on me, saying it was my internet before even asking me any questions. Crap attitude.I could load every other website including Gymshark. If you’re gonna be blaming your customers, then I guess I’ll take my money to Gymshark. Also, I asked them questions on restocks through their Instagram before and gotten rude remarks about how they don’t answer customer service questions. Bombshell, fire whoever’s in charge of your IG account. & please include more body diversity. I know you might be trying to hold some type of standard to your brand but consumers don’t always have a bikini body. Lmao

First time ordering from this company. Within days of ordering and package has not yet arrived and the site has huge sale. 35% off which is huge. Wrotr to them right away requesting an adjustment and they refused. Terrible and insensitive customer service. First time and last time I will ever purchase from this company.

Terrible. Got leggings, they look so good on models. But yeah, the models are 6'0 with ZERO body fat. These showed all my imperfections (even though I am very fit) and I had to pay for shipping. The shipping wasn't reimbursed and the return label lasts ONE WEEK. So you have to rush bigtime to get it back to them. Ripoff.

I still have not yet received my order

Ordered 3 separate times and their tops never fit without breasts coming out the top or sides. They focus on making everything look sexy without considering the function for those with real breasts.

I expected really great quality, but was disappointed when my very pricey items arrived and the pants were completely see-through when I squatted (even though I had a seamstress measure me and order from the sizing chart). They were so transparent that increasing the size probably would not have fixed it. Upon return, I was really disappointed I had to pay full price shipping a second time (~$20 just to ship them back) to receive my refund. It would have been the same for an exchange based on their policy. So I spent ~$40 in shipping due to their either bad sizing or defective item (I’m not sure which it was). I wrote about my disappointment that the beautiful pants were highly transparent on their Instagram post for the specific item I bought—and noticed that they promptly deleted my comment, which strikes me as a questionable business practice.

First off, the price point on the leggings are about $20 higher than it should be. I wash all of mine on delicate/cold and line dry. After a year, they are already coming apart at the seams. The worst part is shipping. Bombshell ships USPS priority and doesn’t insure their shipments. I have an item that states it was delivered to a parcel locker, but I never received it. I reached out to Bombshell who refused to replace or refund because tracking showed it was delivered. So, I am out $89 for an item I didn’t receive because they think I’m lying and trying to come up on a pair of free leggings. If they would have insured the item, they could have filed a claim and been reimbursed, but since they chose the cheapest shipping option on earth, they cannot properly take care of their customers when items go missing. They lost a customer by robbing me of $89 and refusing to replace an item I never got.
