Due to signature being required for delivery, I am unable to receive my package. I work during business hours and USPS does not contact me when they arrive. As such, my package is being held with USPS and I cannot get it. Going forward, the signature required should be removed from delivery options and USPS should be allowed to leave the package in my mailbox.

BOMBSHELL SPORTSWEAR - If could give them ZERO STARS I would!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! It has absolutely the worst Customer Service I’ve ever experienced!!! They sent me a link via email that the Black Sculpted Bodysuit was back in stock “I clicked the link they sent me” and ordered my size in Medium and they sent me one that was Gray! I told them that I did not purchase the Gray Sculpted Bodysuit which I already had and they shot me a picture of my order which said Gray “which I absolutely did not!!! They said I could return it for a refund but had to pay for the shipping! I said I did not want a refund I wanted to do an exchange for the black sculpted body suit that I purchased and not have to pay for shipping because it was free when I ordered it! Gia said I had to pay for shipping! I was totally disgusted because I bought all 5 of them at a whopping $119.00 I said well I’ll send it back and get a full refund then “minus the shipping” and I’ll never purchase from you/Bombshell Sportswear ever again and post a review on all my social media with 150k followers about the horrible customer service that I received from Gia Customer Service | Bombshell Sportswear! SO HERE IT IS!!!

Product seems nice overall, but there was a small hole in one pair after they were worn once. Probably just a defective pair, but when I contacted customer service they told me there was nothing they could do. Spent over $100 on a pair of leggings and they are not worth the price.

As a first time customer I noticed my $83 purchase was still getting charged for shipping when it stated on the shipping info (on every product) that it would be free over $75. I messaged customer service and was told I would need to spend $100+ for free shipping. I sent them a screenshot of their website where it said it was $75 and they sent a completely separate link that I can't even find on their website that shows the free shipping at $100. They refused any type of assistance so I told them I'll be spending my money somewhere more reliable. I understand that when there are price updates sometimes things are missed but I was highly disappointed that this company refused to honor their incorrect free shipping price. As a side note; I also find it extremely misleading that they only allow 5 star reviews to show up on their products. All other reviews are archived.
