Shipping is SLOW. Reached out to customer service several times to inquire about my order as it had been almost a week and my order still hasn’t shipped. Kept getting the same response that the order shipped on their end and allow more business for tracking to update and to receive package. I do enough online ordering to know that my items weren’t shipped there was only a label created. Considering I’m overpaying for these overpriced leggings I would expect better customer service not a generic response. I told them if my order doesn’t update by tomorrow I will cancel my order and spend my money on elsewhere.

I bought 2 leggings at bombshell for no less than 120 euros each. After wearing it once, small holes already appeared. asked how this is possible... their answer this cannot be a factory defect and you have removed the labels we can do nothing for you! ridiculous

Before I get into quality, they do not post any negative reviews on their website. I left a very respectful honest review with pictures and it was never posted. So here I am to warn others. The quality of their leggings is atrocious. I have 6 pairs of the thigh high and ankle sock leggings. The fabric is SO thin, not sweat proof, snags very easily and after 2 wears I discovered a hole in the seam in the back - embarrassing! The fabric is so thin that it constantly rolls down along the midsection, doesn't move well against the skin if you sweat...and the middle front seam, oh my goodness. Even with a panty liner, it is a serious camel situation, I've never had this problem with other leggings. These are super cute, super soft and su[per sexy but NOT for anyone who actually wants to move around and work out hard in them. You will be thinking about them and rearranging the leggings constantly. I'm 5'5, 120lbs, fit. Beware of the super short return policy also if you dare try them. I wish all of this wasn't so :-(

Any time I've had to contact them for anything they always make it as difficult as possible. They're never willing to admit fault and try to make it out like even basic customer service is special "one time only" treatment. If they send the wrong item, a defective item, or God forbid you need an exchange due to size issues then there's a lengthy & difficult process. Which YOU have to pay for but seeing as how it costs nearly $100 already for a pair of leggings you'd think the premium price would come with premium service, it does not

I ordered from Bombshell of leggings a total of $145. i returned the item and only received a refund of $30. Where's the rest of my refund? I paid Klarna $72. I contacted Bombshell and they said the total was $125 not $145. I have the receipt and screenshots that say the total is $145. I contacted Klarna and they paid Bombshell out $145 and only received $102 back. Seems shady. Also their leggings are garbage quality. Cheap see through, overpriced, and thin. I find better leggings that are $20 from Amazon. Btw you have to pay the shipping costs but I'm still out my refund.

The leggings feel amazing, but they get holes in so easily and the customer service is awful. I have had two pair of leggings get holes in now, and they say they cannot offer any replacement, refund, or gesture of goodwill. When I am paying in excess of £90 per pair I would expect better than this. lululemon always provide gift cards regardless and are far superior.

Gorgeous sportswear but bad quality and super expensive

The worst customer service, loyalty program out there (that I’ve experienced). You purchase way overpriced items, yes the quality is good but still overpriced. You gain rewards which then take 45 days to process to your account. They said they have no reason for this they just take 45 days, which is excessive. Just seems greedy, I’ve been purchasing bombshell since 2019, so loyalty is something I know and bombshellsportswear clearly does not.
