I really love the leggings from this company, but my last purchase was a fail the fabric of the leggings is HORRIBLE! I o LG wore it for 1 day and it got all fuzzy and will also stick into anything.

Cool pants BUT..... When you have a problem down the road, like I did, they ask for your email and other info. Then they spam you with emails and do not respond to your problem. My problem was that the zipper on a pocket came off. You would think they would want to make it right. Now I get 1 email every other day telling me to buy more pants. For some reason I keep looking to see if they are ever going to respond to my concern. I'm not confident they ever will, and soon they will be filed with all my SPAM junk email.

My package never arrived and was actually sent back to you. I’ve asked for a refund but no one has responded.

I never received my gift card and customer service will not respond to my emails.

I bought an e-card online for $100 but never received it. I have sent numerous email to customer service with no reply. Disgusting. I have been a customer for a while, as well as my 3 daughters. Never again!

I ordered some clothes for my girlfriend, but made a small mistake on the shipping address. Bombshell only ships via USPS, and woe be unto to you if you make one mistake on the address. The USPS marked the package return to sender on the day it was supposed to be delivered (no notice of any issue beforehand and no way to update the address in realtime or even pick it up in person) and weeks later Bombshell claims they never received it from them. For all I know USPS lost the package, but the customer service @ Bombshell refuses to act until they receive it. So after spending $250 on 3 items of clothing and waiting over a month, I have nothing to show for it. This is terrible for an e-commerce business. I don't even know if I ordered the right size yet! AVOID THIS SELLER! Not worth the trouble!

Never arrived, no proof of delivery and didn't want to pay for a replacement. Had to dispute it.
