Awesome clothing, terrible if you have an issue with a return that does not require an exchange.

They're out of stock of a lot of sizes and it's been months and months down the line and they haven't restocked most of them. They already know that their quantities sell fast and they always keep running out of stock and making customers wait forever. I'm so irritated how months and months down the lines and they're still out of stock. I sent a message to customer service and it's been more than two weeks ago and they still haven't responded and they said they're supposed to be responding really soon but still haven't responded yet. Poor business management of inventory. They could make a lot of sales, but obviously they can't meet demands at all, clothing prices are extremely overboard and too high.

Someone commented new sets material looks cheap and instead of explaining bombshell chose to blame it on China’s aftermarket 😛 they also deleted my comment. I’ll never support a racist brand. Blame your own designer instead. It’s your design that looks cheap and bombshell is 100% American.

Parcel was delivered to the wrong address. Bombshell kept deferring to mail service, saying they are taking no responsibility. Really poor customer service taking into account that I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years. This will be my last order

Very disappointed leggings are way small. I ordered a small size . Im in a size 3 and they are super tight and see through. Cheep material. Definitely not worth 95$ I will not order again.

Ordered sculpted bodysuit shorts . The quality is a joke for the price . It buckles up on sides with bad stitching. I am or should i say was a frequent customer. I promise u this u can get better quality materials same style on Amazon for way less money . Save your hard earned money on this cheap brand . It’s gone downhill recently.

Stay away! Bad customer service and the pants ran small. I printed the label, sent the return and according to their site- the item is shown as returned in my account- however, it's very surprising and disappointing that but they never sent my exchange. I went in and tried to purchase the size I needed once the customer service started to deny what the website clearly states- that my item is returned- but they don't have any sizes except small. Which typically means they are having financial issues - plus I've asked them to credit my credit card instead, but they just keep replying that they are checking into it. So I filed a dispute with my credit card company in an effort to be made whole.
