String hanging off pants. Not great quality stitching. I am going to try them to see how long they last but I’m not impressed…

Great quality products, bad customer service. They ship me an item with stain on it & they did waste my time on top of it. They asked me to wash it instead of offering a replacement. Then they asked me to return it since they didn’t want to refund $10. This is inconvenient, you sent me a product with stain on it. I have to drive to post office to drop it off. At least have a courtesy and hold the replacement until my package arrives since you always short of stock. To sum it up, lots of emails exchanged and at the end an unhappy customer. Maybe you should learn from revolve or beachbunny the way they handle exchanges & returns.

First off, I received a coupon code for a discount because previously i have a problem with one of their pants. I also had rewards from Bombshell for purchasing various pants before. So I had points I could use towards a pair of pants. They do not let you use both codes which is pretty pathetic knowing you have rewards and you had a faulty item before and you cant use it together. What kind of company is this that makes so much cash of yoga pants they cant honor both codes? so basically the most you can save is $10 ever at this place. Recommendation would be go to GYMSHARK. Their pants are absolutely amazing and half the price. I'm not impress with Bombshell anymore

Honestly the shirt that I ordered from here which first of all was expensive not to mention the fabric is extremely thin and not good quality as I hoped. I was really disappointed. I’m better off purchasing from other brands to be very honest.

The product is great, but the service is terrible. My girlfriend recently was gifted a pair of leggings. She attempted to exchange them for a different style and was told that was not possible. She spoke with a variety of "customer service" personnel and ultimately was told, too bad, that's our policy. Regardless of the product quality, our experience was such that a competitor will get our future business.

Not worth the 80$ i spent on their leggings. The first week i had the logo decal fall off. Then i washed them and rhey pilled everywhere and the waist drawstring came out. The fabric is VERY thin. Stick w gymshark or a brand that costs less with better quality. Very disappointed.

I love the way these leggings fit. Unfortunately I wore then one time and they got a giant hole in them!!! So upset and dissatisfied. They were expensive leggings. I expected them to last longer than 1 week.
