I ordered a pair of leggings last week. Yesterday, I received a notification stating that my package was delivered. I run down to the mail box only to realize my package was not there and I check to see that my leggings have been delivered to the WRONG address. I email them and the customer service department claims they cannot help me in any way since the package was scanned and delivered successfully. I double checked the address and walked over to the area (since it was walking distance from my apartment complex) and the address does not exist. They even suggested if I drive down and retrieve the package at the address, myself... still no resolution. If they don't have the package sent back, and if it has been scanned and delivered, even if it is the wrong address, they basically tell you "hey sucks to suck, but thanks for spending your money, even though you wont ever receive your shipment." So now, doesn't look like I will get a refund or leggings at all. They are careless. They need to do better with their customer service department.

Placed my first order with this company. They shipped it to the wrong address. Their partner shipping company said they didn’t write the shipping label legible enough, where the 6’s looked like 8’s. They weren’t willing to help me find a resolution, simply told me it was the shipping guys error and they don’t insure their packages. I needed this outfit by today and Bombshell offered little to no help. Had they sent an email asking how I was enjoying the product, I would have known it were shipped to the wrong address two days ago. Spend your money at gym shark or one of the other sportswear companies that look after their customers.

I got the denim colored leggings. I wanted to love these so bad. They fit well, they’re comfy...but then I worked out in them. And it looked like I peed myself. They show EVERY little drop of sweat. I’ve written TWO reviews and they magically have just disappeared off their website. But all the 5 star ones are still there.

NEVER AGAIN! What a rip off .. too expensive for what it is and then they charge you £25 on top of everything as custom charges plus £8 post charges or you might wait for up to 20 days for a delivery if you don't choose to pay £8 but you will still be charged custom charges. You will end up paying double the price of an item you choose to buy. If you apply 10% code twice in the same month they will cancel your order without even letting you know so you have to order again without using the code. What a joke! Customer service is very bad too, no communication just automated answers.

Bad Quality fabric Same as other people - wore the pants a total of maybe 4 times. didn't do any hard exercise and yet had holes in them. I complained and was told by staff it was out of the warranty period and they couldn't do anything about it. I have exercise pants from about 6 different companies and none are as crap as Bombshell sportswear even though some pants cost me $40 compared to bombshell costing over $100 aud. It really is a shame as the actual designs are very nice.

Placed my order over 3 weeks ago and received nothing until I got home yesterday to find a letter from the post office to collect my purchase, wot an additional €34.03 customs charge, cannot understand why I need to make an additional payment after paying so much for my product, also suprised that it was not delivered by a currier so my parce could be schedual day for a time I’m home. Not impressed, such a shame When the clothes look so nice that the service is so poor

I'm from europe and i have ordered a pair of leggings. I've been waiting for the refund of my order since december, it is March and they allways say that they are still waiting for the package to return to them. It's unacceptable! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BRAND ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE FROM EUROPE! You will wait a month and more to receive your package and pay high duties. You will receive an anonimous grey package that is worst than those deliveries from Wish. Quality is better in Gymshark anyway! Oh and they have blocked me from instagram because i made a comment about my negative experience. Stay far away from them! I warned you!
