I bought the bomb aerix a little over a month ago because a friend raved about how much he loves his. I got mine and the only complaint i had was the rubber stopper wouldnt stay in the glass. Nothing a rubber band cant handle no big deal. But then the atomizer starts malfunctioning. I email them about it and hear nothing. I text them and a few days later i get a response to send a video of what its doing. I send video of the chamber malfunction. And what i assume is a AI chat bot responds with yes it appears broken it is outside 30 days you can buy a new 1. I ask about the 1 year warranty and it only covers the base. No, o im sorry our product malfunctioned in less then a month. Or hey im sorry its out of 30 day warranty but here is a 5% discount for a new 1. Instead you get o ya your item broke just buy another 1. The fact that i just spent over 200 dollars on your product that broke in 30 days and your response is o just buy another 60 dollar item from us in fact makes me never want to give you money again. Just overall very unhappy that i wasted 200 dollars of my hard earned money.

Having troubles reaching ANYONE. Order was paid in full and shipped last month, I call UPS and they said the sender has a hold on it?! Ummm, why? Seems pretty scam-ish. Won’t order from them again if this isn’t handled properly. Horrible customer service support. I met the owners at a B2B event, you’d think they would be more professional.

I ordered from this company on the 11th. I’m still waiting on a replacement for the other order which was continually sent to the wrong location. It may be here on the 10th, which means it only took a month. With bomb’s awful customer care and responses it’s made the process that much more tedious. I hope I get the rig only took a month but it doesn’t make up for the bad business practices that took place. I will never order a product from bomb again no matter how great the rig is. It only took a complaint to BBB to get them to respond. Awful company, worst online purchasing experience I’ve ever had.

I have been waiting weeks for my product!!! They’ll charge your card then refuse to communicate until you leave reviews. Extremely bad business I would be weary to send your money to a business that doesn’t care about their clients how risky. My items still haven’t shipped from September 30th and I still have yet to find out if I’m even getting it! I literally just need an atomizer for my rig and they can’t even handle that or communicate or conduct good fair honest business. BY FAR ONE OF THE WORST TREATMENTS I HAVE EVER RECEIVED FROM A PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS.

I bought the hourglass recycler and it leaks. I can't use it or it will ruin my device. I've sent in a video and receipt as requested and I've never heard back from anyone. It shouldn't take days to address a customer. I definitely won't be buying anything else here. They don't seem to care about their customers. P.S. - Since this review they finally contacted by stating "It's out of warranty. You should just buy a new one." - Just wow....never will be buying anything from this place again, I promise you that.
