The DVD player was delivered on time (3 days) with free delivery. However the DVD player couldn't read region 1 and 2. I called the customer service and left a message. They called me back 12 hours later and sent me the instructions for the setup. (convert to NTSC) I did it in 1 minute and it works perfectly now. So everything was perfect except for this little detail but they took it seriously and were concerned by my worries.

Very happy with the products, customer service, and shipping. Only other feedback is that they could use some editing improvements on all the diffuser packaging. Wording is awkward and there are spelling and grammar mistakes, which looks unprofessional.

I purchased 1 mixer/grinder and 1 idki cooker...I am yet to use them. They packaged well...but the box is cheap qiality...it stinks..may be imported from other country...I believe.

Needed electrical adapters for upcoming trip to Africa. Found Bombay Elect. via a Goggle search - never had heard of them before but their prices so good decided to "roll the dice". Everything went fine - order recieved in about a week. No issues at all. Didn't rate as 5 stars only because it was a very simple transaction.

Best price on multi-region DVD player. Works great. Paid for 2 day express but item was shipped ground. Seller immediately refunded the shipping charge.

The "region free" dvd player performs exactly as advertised. However, the promised free hdmi cable was not included in the package. My main complaint with the player is that TWO buttons on the front of the device must be pushed simultaneously to convert the output to NTSC. This is a bit tricky for those of us with arthritic fingers. Also, like others have said, the fact that the open/close button is available only on the front of the machine is inconvenient. Otherwise, I'm happy with the machine and hope it lasts.
