Easy to order, the player arrived on time and worked as expected. This is the second multi-region player I have purchased from Bombay electronics, very happy with the service.

Purchasing a region free blu-ray player was simplicity itself. Will recommend to anyone who has need of such a device.

Received my order in time. It could have been packed in a Better box to avoid small 2 dents on Transformer. Also there was no guidance booklet. otherwise all ok. it works.

I live in Norway and am tired of region restrictions of Blu ray films. Lots of titles are released in the "region A" of USA, that do not seem to get a "region B" release here in Europe. I have been using a PS3 for Blu's ( restricted to region B only ), and a region free DVD player for my import DVD discs. I'm sick of mutilple players and wanted the whole lot in one single console. So I ordered the player from Bombay electronics, who I found online. I entered my payment on a wednesday night. According to the online postal package tracker , it was shipped the following day, thursday. I chose the option of a Fed Ex delivery, and it took exactly a week for the player to arrive. That's quite impressive for an abroad delivery from the USA to Norway. Not only was the delivery very quick, but the package was delivered right to my door by Fed Ex. I was expecting the package to go through the Norwegian postal service, which would have cost me a ridiculous customs fee of 25%. I'm very grateful for Bombay's excellent service and would recommend Bombay to any of my friends. The prices are fair and square as well. I recommended Bombay to a friend and he'll be ordering the same player on pay day. Tico
