I set out to purchase a product I knew very little about.I called Bombay electronics after doing some research on said product.I spoke with a gentleman who answered the phone and he was kind and helpful to me.Once he answered my most pressing questions,I felt secure enough to go ahead and place my order. My order arrived two days later as promised and now I'm enjoying what I set out to buy.I followed said instructions and I'm so pleased and happy. What makes me so satisfied about this purchase is It involved quite a bit of money for me but the people at Bombay electronics came through for me and made me feel confident about my purchase.Thank you Bombay for a truly wonderful experience. Not to forget,They also stand behind your purchase. They'll see me again.

I am exceedingly pleased with my purchase. It is a DVDR made primarily for use overseas. The representative who assisted me made sure that I knew that. He made the transaction quick and seamless by processing the order within minutes and shipping it so that I received it within 2 days

Because of the holidays, sent my item NEXT DAY free of charge, just in case it was a gift!!!! Pretty nice. I'll be back, thats for sure

Reasonal price. Fast shipping. Good to do business with.

I am very pleased with the prompt response in completing and shipping my recent order. Very smooth, efficient and professional.

I ordered a blueray dvd and my fickle fingers did not delete the alternate dvd player I was reviewing in the cart. Consequently I paid for both. Bombay staff quickly rectified my mistake. The player was a great price and shipped really fast. I would recommend Bombay Electronics to anyone and they will be my first choice when considering other devices.

Good customer service and low prices.
