Ordered and never received it.

I bought a Multi-BD player about 10 days ago. I received the following emails since: The "confirmation" of the transaction with the transaction confirmation # included; a "Your order has shipped; 10 days later I get "Please click on this link-yes, THIS actual link-and comment on how you felt about doing biz with us. I e back saying, "It's been a long time since this was ordered and shipped. Your site has a "track your order" link but when clicked on said link you get no tracking because you get no tracking # nor the name of the co. shipped with. THEN, (you'll love this) they send me a PAYPAL INVOICE saying my credit card didn't work. The card is fine-no issues-Please recall that this "second invoice" claiming the order never happened was sent 10 days after the confirm, was shipped, then the other emails as described. These people are too incompetent to do biz with or, it seems to me more likely that they are scam artists from "Bombay" or wherever. Do biz with these creeps at your own risk. I have never had a web purchase go down-or NOT go down-as squirrelly as this. Meanwhile, I have to view these Area B BD's for work and have no player to do so with. Yeah, I am a HAPPY customer-wouldn't you be?

I received my 2 items and they are not what I need and want to do a return. There was no packing invoice, return details, or any paperwork at all included in my package. So I went back to the website to get a phone number to call them. I have called both numbers listed on their website numerous times for over 2 weeks now and all I get is a voicemail which I have left messages on with no return call. I want to return my items as they do not meet the standards I need. Customer service is non-existent....makes me wonder who runs the business.

I was traveling to Europe so I ordered 220-240 vats blender from Bombay Electronics, about 2 weeks prior to my trip. I got confirmation email and I was just waiting for it to arrive. 10 days later I got notification from PayPal about money refund from Bombay Electronics. I called BE and they told me that they didn't have item and they just refunded money. I was very upset and disappointed because they didn't bother to notify me about it (I got email from PayPal not Bombay Electronics), and I didnt have enough time to order another one :(

i ordered my intern. outlet on nov.11th and still not have it. why are you writing delivery within 3-5 days??????????? this is just outrages, can't belive it. hope to get now or i will cancle the order and get it somewhere else. karen king

please if you can say good buy and I did not send anything I get into the account and did not appear in either the order that I made , you explain to me

I told the customer service rep at Bombay that I was traveling to Germany and needed a transformer for my 250 watt hair dryer. I was told to get the LT500....when it came it was huge and heavy....could not use it cause of airlines weight limits on luggage. Have to send it back, and very disappointed that rep would even consider selling me something this HUGE for travel.

Unable to set up with my existing equipment. Manual has poor instructions and cables make no sense. And to top it off Customer Service does not respond!
