Inaccurate e-mail address
BOMBAY ELECTONICS [[email protected]] I cannot rate the product because I have not received it yet. A couple days or so after placing the order, I received an e-mail from the above address...Electronics is spelled incorrectly. I replied using the @linkpt.net address and it could not be delivered. It lead me to believe there might be something fishy with the company since I have not dealt with them before, even though I did check BBB.org prior to ordering. I also went back on to the website and the status showed shipped. When I checked the tracking on USPS, the item had not been picked up. I would have appreciated an e-mail stating the item was shipped. Other than that, I thought the S&H was a expensive. I hope this can help your business since I saw a few items I am interested in. For

Thank you for the review and your concerns. We do send order confirmation email's from our email address which is [email protected] However, credit card charge notification emails are sent from our credit card gateway server. This email is just a credit card charge receipt with the amount of charge. Your order was picked up by the post office so please allow up to 2 business days for them to upload accurate tracking status on their site. Our shipping charges are directly obtained from the USPS server so what we charge our customers is what we pay them.
