I had ordered a movie set from EBAY, thru one of their sellers, who didn't explained "regions" and being a senior I wasn't aware of "regions" so I contacted the seller, who never did answer my question- what was meant by "Regions", so therefore I was stuck with a product that couldn't be returned, I started research for a DVD play to use with "Regions" and your company came up.
