Ben and his team work tirelessly for their clients including me. He is always willing to get on zoom calls to help. There team will deliver the leads that they say. No perfect lead exists and we all know it is a numbers game. On our small budget we get 50 to 60 leads a month. I started with bolt Deals coming up on almost 3 months ago. From my first initial phone call with Joe to meeting Ben and the rest of the team. You can truly tell they care about your success in your wholesaling business. I’ve had consistent motivated leads. And closed 129k in assignments in just one month! We have dealt with a dozen marketers in the wholesale space over the past 4 years. The first call with Ben felt different. Ben and his team has done wonders for my team, he treats us as if we were his first client. His sole objective is getting your company solid return on ad spend and ensuring you’re profiting as a company and benefiting. Outside of results, his character as a person and marketer is second to none. He never mentions how he benefits and keeps it real. Why I chose him, for one I’ve used every marketer you can think of. There’s marketers with gimmick ads and clients that claim to contract x amount of properties a month. Ben and his team focuses on the results aspect and is revenue driven for your team. Within 2 weeks in the early stages of onboarding we contracted 4 deals(on pace for 6) and it hadn’t been been a full month yet and project assignment fees is between 55-65k easily. If you want results, work with Ben and his team. Take it from me who have been in the wholesale space for 5+ years.
