Bolt Deals advertises guaranteed contracts every month, along with big name guru's backing them in testimonials. That is what pulled me in... the initial meeting went well with a gentleman who spoke well and was a good salesman. I asked specific questions which he answered to my liking. He said I could market in my market only, that their ISA would make the initial call to the lead in under 2 min from lead time and guaranteed contracts/much more. I never heard from him again and probably spoke to about 5 other people before actually signing on. $6,500 up front for a 3 month management fee and $3,000 a month for FB Ads. The ISA did not make an initial call to the leads within 2 min or less, and then encouraged me to make initial calls myself. I am not opposed to calling leads, but the reason I hired them was to handle that. 90% of the leads I received were from small little towns that were completely out of my area/state and not good markets. Not to mention they are running the same exact ads in the same markets for several other companies. I canceled within a month and a half and asked for a portion of the management fee to be refunded. Their team has given me the run around for over a month and still waiting to hear from the owner. Bad Communication and not delivering on their word. They will continue to work for free as long as you keep paying your minimum of $3,000 a month for advertising. Don't waste your money!

I would not recommend using their…
I would not recommend using their services. I was promised 3-5 deals per month and this was not the case. Not only did I drop $7,500, but you also have to pay for marketing which sucked. They never gave me leads in my area which made things worse and don't belive the "guarantee" because it's not.

Overpromised, underperformed, almost a scam?
Nice people (salesmen) as the face of the company but unfortunately very false promises (perhaps even intentionally misleading at best case grew too fast). We tried their services offering "3-5 deals per month or they work for free". When talking with the initial sales rep we were told "we would be credited if the results were not there, while mentioning they have yet to need to credit anyone, we would be the first." Anyway, we provided specific locations to market and were getting 90% of leads WELL outside our requested territory. They changed our territory to increase leads which we never requested. Further they did not manage or respond to leads as stated, customers were ignored. The ads I saw were rough looking and they didn't delete poor comments made on FB which is basic for ad management. When mentioning that they apologized and said they meant to tell us we manage that. Lastly we did not land any deals with them let alone 3-5 per month. We secure about 2 deals per week so this is not user error to clarify, our company is at year 8 and executes. Unfortunately this company over promises (perhaps lies) and under delivers - even on basic operations while overall not delivering results. It would be easier to throw money into a fireplace if looking to waste, at least it will create heat for a few moments. Overall very disappointed and we do not leave many negative reviews - perhaps one every few years?! Sincerely.

I did not get the results I expected…
I did not get the results I expected considering the huge investment I made. The leads were few and not very motivated. It's possible that I may stir up a deal by following up with some of these leads. Maybe. I'm trying to be optimistic. I achieved better results using myself, a cold caller and a skip traced list at a fraction of the cost. Not a good business decision on my part. I can only speak of my experience. Based on the reviews, others have done great. On a positive note the people are great and I do believe they give good support. However for me this has been a very costly mistake. Just being honest. The money I lost on this campaign could have been deployed on a method with more predictable results for far less cost. Robert

Wasted Money / No Promises Kept / Terrible Experience
(Get Results Or Don't Pay With Our 10-15+ Appointments In 90 Days Guaranteed!)This is the promise made.I was not given any appointments set and when I heard one of the recorded calls with appointment setter I was shocked. They were using a foreignor that spoke very limited and poor english.
They Promise vetted leads and appointments with motivated distressed sellers and throw you a few sellers asking full price with no motivation and listed on MLS. No appointments set as promised.and their guarantees are not kept. They Delivered nothing they promised.
4 Days after my account was closed they charged my card another $813.63... Unbelievable..
Major Loss No return on investment.

Hopefully you see this before you pay…
Hopefully you see this before you pay these people any money. Ben is a slick salesman but he just wants your money. You will be promised tons of leads making you tons of money but what you get is people that barely speak english making calls for you and upsetting potential leads. The ads they run are trash. You will get no deals out of this. Any good reviews you see are probably fake.

We've noticed that you've attempted to stay anonymous but with all respect, we were able to uncover who you were as we have about a 87% Client Success Rate and the 12% most of the time are very understanding.
First Off, we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, and we're sorry to hear about your experience. Our goal is always to provide excellent service and deliver valuable leads to our clients. While we understand that not every client will be completely satisfied, we strive to address any concerns and find ways to improve.
We noticed that you mentioned Ben, our sales representative, in your review. We would appreciate more details regarding your perception of him as a "slick salesman." Our team is committed to being transparent and ensuring that our clients make informed decisions based on their unique needs.
In terms of the leads you received, we understand your frustration with the language barrier that some callers may have had. We continuously work on refining our lead generation process to ensure high-quality interactions. However, it's important to note that closing deals ultimately depends on the investor's ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
Regarding our ads, we believe that their performance and effectiveness in generating leads should be the primary measure of their success. We continually analyze and optimize our campaigns to deliver the best possible results for our clients.
We have dozens of case studies that you can checkout here: https://bit.ly/boltdealscs
We also wanted to mention that during our engagement, you contracted three properties: Maria G, a property in Robstown, and another in Kingsville, TX. While we were able to generate leads for you, we noticed that you faced challenges in finding buyers or disposing of these deals. As a marketing company specializing in pre-acquisition, we support our clients in the initial stages of the process. However, we have implemented a system where clients have access to our Dispo Partners, who can assist in the disposition process, offering a 60/40 split to provide even more value.
It's important to understand that while we promise leads and opportunities, closing deals ultimately falls within the investor's responsibility. We provide the necessary opportunities and appointments with sellers, but the success of closing the deal rests with the client.
Additionally, your partner who was at the last event that I spoke at had offered to shoot us a testimonial due to the fact that he has been satisfied with our service, I would love to get in more detail if you'd like about this but we want to be respectful.
We understand your disappointment, but we believe it's unfair to solely attribute the lack of deals to our services. We have always been committed to getting you results which we believe that we have.
Hopefully we can resolve or come to an agreement to serve you again.

DON'T USE BEN AND BOLT DEALS/BOLT LEADZ
I have to say that the recent Tony Le review certainly looks fake and written from the company. Unethical. My wife and I decided to try Bolt Deals. The pitch sounded good and we were ready to go. It is expensive. 7500. 2500 a month for 3 months. It started out poorly. They delivered such poor quality ads. The ads were poorly designed and had spelling errors. Bolt Deals uses basically anyone from overseas to make poor ads and push them into your FB ad manager. They use a pre-made package they just plug in and the quality is very very poor. The ads are quite poor. The landing pages look extremely bad and they use landing pages with other city names and logos from other companies. You are told to shut up and it doesn't matter if another companies name is on the landing page. It will still work they say. Can you believe it? There is zero attention to detail. Zero. They don't even review anything and it looks bad and the content is bad. Can you imagine paying 2500 for 3 months and then get such poor quality and then the owner somehow blames you? The owner Benjamin Hoang will make excuse after excuse. My wife sat behind me several times and was simply astonished. Benjamin just graduated high school. He talks over you and lacks real world business experience. My wife and I spoke with several others who had horrible experiences. Treated poorly. Folks sign up and then want to drop out regularly. Do not use Bold Deals BoltLeadz. BTW The 5 star review is clearly fake.

Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns and feedback. We appreciate your perspective and would like to address the points you raised.
Firstly, we would like to clarify that we have no record of you or your wife as our clients, and it seems there may have been some confusion. Waste of money and time
Paid these people thousands and got no return on investment. Their website promises 3-5 closed deals per month and in 3 months got zero deals. They don't care about their customers. I asked to cancel several times throughout after seeing how bad this was going to be and they refused yet now in their response below they claim that cancellation was not a problem. Their ads aren't any better than what I could have run myself. When asked about their targeting they could only tell me they targeted all people in the area and that is not true targeting. They then blame me for my failure in their program saying I didn't make calls when they are the ones supposed to be making calls. Zero return on investment and would not recommend.

Hey Ryan, I wanted to personally respond to this by saying that I definitely understand where you're coming from, and why you're upset.
First is that, we 100% care about our Clients / Customers. As a matter of fact, one of our Core Values is literally "Unrivaled Client Support" and I'm sure you would've known that because we send every client a card and access to "Bolt University" to show who we are, what we do, why we do this, and expectations. The success of our business was solely built on making it almost impossible for clients to LOSE working with us. We handle your marketing, lead gen, lead qualification, we even have connections to help you dispo a deal or if you need help with transaction coordinations, we have connections for that as well.
Cancellation: For starters, cancellation is not a problem and like most businesses (that care about their customers), I personally spent a friday evening on a call with you that lasted almost 2 hours, talking about why you wanted to quit/cancel which was "Because you weren't getting a return", which was totally understandable, but when I asked why you think that was, and you said the lead quality "sucked".
I was then confused and pulled up your CRM and took a look at the leads and appointments. You personally signed up to get distressed motivated seller leads, and when I looked at the leads and appointments, we had leads going through pre-foreclosure, divorce and I remember a lady couldn't make their mortgage payment and most of the leads wanted to sell within 30 days or less.
I then asked for your permission to call them, with your approval, I shared my screen and called the leads LIVE and Most of the Appointments which you were supposed to take, NEVER got a response or a call from you.
Whenever a Investor partners with us, they join us understanding that this is going to be a 2-way relationship where both parties must both execute their jobs to the best of their ability in order for us to all win. Bolt Deals has fulfill and exceeded our agreement to our fullest potential, however Ryan, you weren’t not able.
Please Note: All Check-In Calls and the seller calls are being recorded and we’d be happy to send them over to you again.
Our job at Bolt Deals is to run ads to generate leads, qualify, vet and set them as an appointment if they're qualified and fit the criteria.
We did our job but unfortunately, you weren't able to do yours. Which impacts your ability to "make a return on your investment" and our Client Success Rate. We then decided to have a straight-forward chat and I decided to give you another few month for absolutely FREE to help you.
In addition, you had attempted to file a chargeback on all 3-months after the work has been done which is extremely unethical and wrong since we've done all the hard work on our end but are blaming us because you weren't able to holdup to your agreement entering this partnership.
When I had tried to reach out to you to resolve this, you constantly hung up on me many times.
I feel that it's extremely wrong that you would leave a review but I am totally ok with it because this is our first one.
I also believe that it extremely unethical to make us as a company look bad as they're already alot of bad marketing companies out there, when you the Client were unable to hold-up to your end of the bargain. We as a company have proof, screenshots, and recordings of absolutely everything so we will be taking the necessary steps to ensure that the truth does come out.
