Products never arrived. I keep checking tracking and they’ve been at a depot in Melbourne for over a week with no progress. It’s been over a month since I’ve ordered. I have emailed for support and still have no response and no product. I’m going to assume it’s a scam!

I feel this company is a scam....or its very hit and miss. I ordered something once came without a problem. Ordered Christmas Shirts for work in October still am yet to receive. I have asked for a refund as my order is not moving. I've sent emails they keep saying they have sent it. Yes I understand issues happen in transit but I don't think it's my responsibility to go find my order at the transit company. They keep asking me to wait a few more days. They just keep replying the same emails in the same way. I guess that's a Christmas loss. Anyway if be ware with ordering here and I won't do it again

Ordered a Christmas jumper and T-shirt, they arrived and were such poor quality and had marks off the press where they had added the printing. The print was dull and not vibrant like on the website. I contacted the company and asked for a refund, they tried to barter with 10%, 20%, 25%, 50% refunds and me keeping the item. They then changed this to 35%. In the end I contacted PayPal who confirmed I would need to return the item for a 100% refund, paypal offered to cover £15 of the postage as a gesture but the postage £26! Boldoversized have now received my parcel back and they have processed a refund but this is not 100% of what I paid. I will never use this company again but thankful of Paypal's support and their offer. Shame I am still going to be out of pocket and to me that have left this matter unresolved. DISGRACEFUL.

Just like all the other reviews on here it’s been a looong time and I still have not gotten any updates tracking orders, nada. I sent them several emails asking how long takes bc I was going to use my orders for a birthday. Well that birthday came and went. They responded to a few emails basic jargon. This site feels like a scam. STAY AWAY.

If you want a refund they refuse to give you an address to return and offer 10% of purchase price instead!

Shirts ship from China and either take months or never arrive. Customer service will give you a run-around. Refunds do not process (their “we refunded you” email even says “If all goes well hopefully the money will be returned”). And they’ll reach out to you and pester you about bad reviews. 2 months, 20+ emails, no refund and no product to speak of. Edit to add—the company has reached out to me twice now due to the poor reviews I’ve left, and then sends a word for word identical reply to the ones I got 6 weeks ago when I first emailed them. It’s like they don’t even realize I’ve already emailed and asked for a refund several times and they have pre-written copy and paste replies—same customer service name and all. Very disappointing.

Similar experience to other negative reviews. I bought 3 shirts and one sweatshirt. Ordered my usual size as they’re oversized, why would I need to go up again? Anyway 10 days later the products turn up. Sweatshirt is great, as imagined. Nice and oversized. The T-shirts, no such luck. They’re a little longer but no wider than any other regular fit top I already own. Currently in the middle of trying to get a refund, quoting their own return policy to them. I’ve been offered 10% off a future purchase but considering they have that offer on already all the time it’s less than useless… Hong Kong sadly has very bad/no consumer rights laws and it shows. Their customer service is friendly enough but completely useless in terms of solving any potential issues. I wouldn’t recommend this company at all. I guess I’ll sit and wait for a reply to this review asking to contact their customer service team (again) to get zero resolution…

I previous already wrote a review on this store and 33 emails later almost 3 months later and no refund. They said they received my package over 2 weeks ago. No refunds yet. Do not buy the shirts suck, the offer you low % so you don’t ship back and if you do ship back you don’t get refunded. This store is a totally scam and a waste of money & time. 33 emails later and I still don’t have my refund. They just play with you and keep coming up with excuses.
