Awful customer service. Shirt was in no way oversized and was actually smaller than the stated size. Asked about exchange policy and got asked to send photos which was pointless as the tag would show the ordered size. Replies generic and unhelpful. Avoid

I didn’t get an auto return email of your email not working. The question l would like answered is, is the currency in US dollars?

The item I received looks nothing like the photo. It is an iron on design that looks like it was enlarged so it is all pixelated. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! In trying to return my item and explaining to them why I am unhappy they have continuously asked for photos of the item which I shouldn't have to provide when the have a return for full refund policy. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

These are a very very cheap quality shirt and the print is hard and scratchy. Also the print on my white t shirt isn’t even centered! It’s crooked. To say I’m disappointed would be an understatement. Will not order again!

Not oversized. I wear 10-12 pants and med-large shirt. The large was snug around my waist, while in the photos and description, even the name of the company(!), has you believing it’s oversized. The only thing oversized is the collar/ neck hole, it’s uncomfortably a huge hole. I’m so angry that I bought five shirts. Can’t return bc they won’t let you if package is opened. How are you suppose to know the fit of you don’t open it? This company is garbage. If I had known it was shipping direct from China I would’ve never ordered. Took almost a month to get them and now it’s too late for me to order better quality from somewhere else for the trip we are taking (Harry Potter shirts). The iron ons are SO cheap. Weird, thick plastic feeling across your chest, not comfortable at all. The fading in some of the prints looks so weird in what they did with the iron on. I’m pretty sure these are not going to be wearable sooner than later. Do not order from here. I wish I could upload photos to prove how awful these are. Idk how anyone is leaving positive reviews, their standards must be non existent. Edit to add reply to seller: my order number given to me is BO2162

It has been 8 weeks and I haven't received my order. The customer service has not been good.

I placed an order, never received a confirmation number, and then asked for a refund from customer service. They gave me the run around for several days, and finally “issued a refund” through a scammy online payment processor. Never received my refund. Customer service will no longer respond to my emails.

ordered from boldoversize the sizing wasnt correct in the shorts, went back and forth with the company for a refund they offered only 35% and did not follow through on this at all, will never order again from them, they are hit and miss, and if you do not follow up you will very unlikely receive your goods, they appear to be a scam that only responds to lawful intervention if they do not provide - Australian purchasers beware KEEP IN MIND I WENT AS FAR AS TO INVOLVE AUSTRALIA CONSUMER AFFAIRS AND THEY DID NOT BOTHER REPLYING update replied to their below response and received no follow up or offer of refund for the experience follow update, 05.04.2024 they repeatedly apologise for the bad experience even after i gave them ample opportunity to do the right thing and involved a consumer affairs representative, they have emailed me over 10 times it’s bordering on harassment and the reason they now care is because people are checking their reviews, and know they are a giant scam, they do not care about the individual consumer only care when it impacts their business, honestly don’t order from them and shut them down, they aren’t worth it, the amount of times i’ve read, that people have emailed to find out where their order is a good indicator that they fail from the get go
