Colors in the pictures was not…
Colors in the pictures was not available to choose. For example I really wanted a light blue shirt but my only options were black, white, grey, light green which wasn’t in the pictures and red

I really like all the clothes
I really like all the clothes, but the website could use some updating. Whenever I would click on a shirt to look at and then go back it would start me at the very top again instead of where I left off and I would have to re-scroll down. When there is over 3,000 shirts to look through that gets very annoying. Also, I know I just ordered yesterday but I never got a confirmation number or email listing the items I purchased. Just an email basically saying thanks for shopping with us and asking me to rate them.

I received two discount codes
I received two discount codes, one better than the other. The only one that worked was the one that garnered the smaller discount. Furthermore, when I searched for certain items I saw in the product list just minutes before, it was very difficult to find them.

We understand your frustration and assure you this isn't the standard experience we strive for. Low quality product
Low quality product. Sloppy print job with flaws in the design. Customer service gave me the runaround when I asked for partial refund. Only gave it when I threatened to file for full refund through PayPal. Would not order from this site again.

I really enjoyed some of the designs…
I really enjoyed some of the designs you have and the size options. However, I am really annoyed by that little pop up in the bottom left corner telling me what others have bought - I don't care and I would like the option to turn it off. It's incessant.

Hi Vicky We will pay attention to this issue, thank you for your message~

Quality issues
I was advertised on Facebook and checked here to see the reviews and decided to take a chance. The T-shirt took a while to arrive and the tracking, when supplied, took me to a site written in Chinese that I was not able to read. When I received the T-shirt it was marked. I emailed customer care and they offered me 10% discount. I advised the marks would not come out and requested a new T-shirt. They sent me a new replacement one and it arrived with marks again, although they were fewer than the original and I was able to get them out, so I decided to just accept that.

Good Marketing - Not Great Fit
I was impressed by the email welcome sequence. Not only did it get me to buy the item I was looking at, but I spent more money than I had planned, because I was sent a coupon. Updated after receiving the order: Sizing was inconsistent and inaccurate. Order at least one size up from what you normally would, I’d even say 2 sizes up if you actually want the item to be “Oversize.”
