A size Large in women's should generally fit a size 12-14 comfortably, providing a fitted look rather than overly over sized. However, personal preferences and the specific cut of the "Rebel Rebel" design may vary. If you prefer a less snug fit, ordering a size up might have been advisable, but for your size almost 14, a Large should generally be suitable.
