Update #2: The company has reached out to me more than once, trying to make this right. The fact they didn't give up and offered more than 1 resolution made me feel a LOT better about their customer service! Even tho I wasn't impressed ar first, I have to increase my rating due to the fact they went above and beyond to make me a satisfied customer, and that is more than a lot of.companies do for their customers!! So the customer service alone will make.me.give them another try!!! UPDATE: I FINALLY received my order, but it isn't oversized at all. I ordered a 2 piece sweat suit...hoodie and sweatpants...went up to a 4x, so it would be baggy...and would still fit if it happened to shrink...it barely fits...doesn't give at all...feels restrictive. Add the poor fit to thr horrible wait time and it's safe to say I won't order from them.again Not impressed so far. It's been over 2 weeks and no shipping info yet. $70 and they can't tell me anything. When I emailed and asked for possible shipping estimate, they apologized for the dlay and said they would rush it. And said not to worry, that I would get my order. But no REAL i fo I asked for...literally just said I would get it. That was last week,and still no info. I've emailed again. I also tried the chat option they have twice...with no response.

Had to contact the company re no confirmation email, could not have been more helpful and goods arrived as described.

Delivery was delayed, but they were on top of the situation and stayed in contact with me until I received my package. Love my beautiful shirts!

The quality of the shirts are great. I did have to get a replacement shipment since my first order got lost somehow but customer service was on top of it and I got my products. When they say OVERSIZE they mean it. Do not upsize it is totally not necessary. I will buy more.

I originally ordered a size that I thought may be a good fit to discover that it was way too big. I contacted them an email asking how do I return the 10 shirts I bought and exchange them for another size. They were so quick to respond to me and agree on a desirable outcome and had my new tshirts 2 weeks later so i immediately went back and ordered another 10 shirts. Great customer service and the quality of the product is beyond on my wildest dreams so comfy Thank you boldoversized
