It is more difficult to get a decent meal here than it is to get out of the parking lot. I will NOT solicit this location again!!! They are putting out cold, day(s) old and stale food into previously used bags (I found French fries in my bag during my last visit at 6:53 a.m. that I didn't order!!) The coffee is old and/ or cold. The sugar packets had food stains on them and the attitude of the early morning manager is ALWAYS rude and condescending. These issues must be escalated for awareness to higher management, otherwise, they need to be addressed to the FSA: Hygienic handling of food – preparation, cooking, cooling, reheating and storage (0). Cleanliness -handwashing (0) Food safety and hygiene management (0)!! /:|

Matthew Kirby, franchise owner is the same man who fired a hard working, black mom of two girls because his cold-heartless, ego-driven, wing-man suggested it. Then Matthew turned around and completely falsified the reason for wrongfully firing. Where is your humanity Matthew? Matthew Kirby will smile in your face today while preparing to let you go all in a matter of minutes. He would never want anyone to treat his wife or daughters with such callousness.
