Where to begin? This sentence was spoken to me. “This ain’t done good”. Wow. That is as incorrect as the food, staff and everything about that joint can be. Run by yokels, who could give two s%*ts about you, their people or the poor quality food they serve. Bojangles. Stay the F away.

Subject: Urgent Complaint – Debit Card Missing After Drive-Thru Visit at Clemson Road Location Columbia, South Carolina I am extremely upset about my experience at the Bojangles located on Clemson Road in Columbia, South Carolina. I went through the drive-thru, placed my order, and received my food. When I arrived home, I realized that my debit card was missing. I have called the restaurant at least eight times, and the phone rings for an extended period before eventually disconnecting. No one has answered my calls. This is unacceptable. I need someone at this location to determine whether my debit card was left at the drive-thru window or is still at the restaurant. I am asking that management immediately check with the employees who worked the drive-thru and review any available camera footage from the time of my transaction. Unfortunately, the poor customer service did not stop there. My tea bottle was handed to me wet with no napkins, and the chicken I received looked as though it needed to remain in the grease longer. The overall experience was extremely disappointing. At this point, my debit card is my primary concern. I expect someone from management or corporate customer care to contact me promptly and help resolve this matter. I should not have to call a restaurant eight times simply to get someone to answer the phone regarding a potentially serious issue involving my debit card. Please investigate this immediately and contact me with a resolution.

Loved the food when I visited, the customer service was great and the place was clean

Market St. location in Wilmington, NC is potentially the worst Bojangles I've ever encountered. In fact, MOST Wilmington locations are quite awful. I would not visit this particular Bojangles again if they offered buy one, get TEN free. What a shame, as the area needs a good chicken n biscuit spot. I'd sooner eat a triangular PB&J from the gas station. Seriously.

Went to store in Rockwell NC and the 2 ladies were Alexa and Allison were working doing a Awesome job and they were so sweet, and deserve all 5 Stars. Food was really good too, even though the portions were small!!! Still 5 Stars.

I love going to Bojangles with my kid. He love vegetables and this is the only fast-food place that has pinto beans and rice. I guess there are several bad reviews, because who would go online and give a good review for beans and rice... but it really does set Bojangles apart.

Easley SC Sunday May 24 went before work girl took order but didn’t turn around in drive thru to take money. She was so busy goofing and playing with other inside and never turned to acknowledge me or take payment so I left after 3 minutes

$125 order. Several items missing. Tried contacting store, unable to get a call through due to fast busy signal. Contacted main office online three times describing problems, and requested contact back. Left name, cell number, email address, physical address. It has been a week and no attempt has been made to contact me.
