The quality is always good
The quality is always good. Timely turnaround. The additional service charge is a bit much. You're already charging for your product.

Was very efficient and timely
Was very efficient and timely. I didn't like that I was offered a bilingual card format. Please add a standard business card format to the Domtar offering.

Printed materials look great!
Printed materials look really good. Can definitely see the difference between the presses. Go w/the inkjet when possible! Shipping different materials to many different places, you can tell all handled with care. Thank you!

I am not sure who needs to get this…
I am not sure who needs to get this information, but you only captured the surgery locations in Winston-Salem. We have surgery centers in High Point that are utilized as well. The envelopes are fine, but not useful to those of us that uses the High Point Surgery Center. Why are the Spanish version Folders and the English envelope not have the same information? A map of the surgery location and directions would be great information for both versions.

I really enjoy working with Emily and…
I really enjoy working with Emily and Carly. The finished products are always as expected. The only opportunity I see is a smaller window for turnaround. In the hospital, we need to get new and updated material out faster to our patients. Overall, working with Boingo is great.

Great product
