Surprised to see high scoring reviews… I made the mistake of ordering a skirt which was not up to quality, tried to send back the next day, but offered 50% of skirt as a refund !!!. There are no return labels, so you have to pay to send back which costs a fortune. I sent 43 emails regarding a previous order which they sent in error ( wrong colour ) still never received money back & they stopped replying to my emails which were automated

Received an item that was nothing like the picture. The item was clearly made in China, cheap, thin material, and didn’t include many details that the photo ( probably stolen from some other person/business ) had. Please do not order from them, this business needs to be shut down as soon as possible. Disgusting people who just want to take your money.

I have had a terrible experience with Boho seventy. The website had product identified as available that I needed for an event. I had several email exchanges and immediately returned the item only to never receive my credit. I sent them the receipt of its return. Same person taking forever to respond. Same run around over and over. Boho even removed my account so that I couldn’t leave a review. I would never order from this company.

I placed an order (#13697) for the Luisa Floral Dress on 9/27/2021for a Wedding I'm attending on 10/23/2021. My credit card was charges and I have never received the dress. I got two emails, one confirming my purchase and sent yesterday (10/11/2021) wanting me to review the dress. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED THE DRESS! I have called several times leaving messages and have sent several emails with no response to either. I would appreciate customer service responding to my inquires about my order.

I ordered a dress from Dubai but it never came.I ordered in in 1st jan 2020 and its august now but never received. What a shame of you guys ! If u want money , u can beg for it but dont fool others .Its not good.

If you could kindly check your e-mail, we can remedy the situation! No worries ————— First of all, there was no delay in USPS, because I had the tracking number and saw ALL the moves of the package I sent back! Second of all, I asked you, if you want me to send you ALL items back without reviews on my Instagram page, or just 2 dresses. YOU ANSWERED ME — BETTER ONLY DRESSES!!! And that’s what I did!!! I have all our chat saved so can easily prove that!!! Still waiting for my money back!!! $107 for 2 dresses and the shipping I paid to return those items $8.99

I knew it was a scam from the start but I wanted to test the waters. So I told them I'd give them free advertising on my profile if they gave me free merchandise. You should NEVER have to pay to represent a brand. In fact, they should pay YOU if they're real. After telling them I'm doing a free for free trade or else I'd need money for their advertisement and to pay for their clothes. They immediately didn't want to collaborate. Just goes to show! Hope you all don't buy from this brand and don't seek out to be an ambassador. Good luck!

We are in fact a real brand and very much a real company -(and our amazing Brand Ambassadors are real people too). We have many opportunities as a brand ambassador; the current ones are offering discounts, and commission opportunities. I didn’t receive one of the two items in my package and I have tried to get in contact with someone and every time I do, they tell me there’s no one else I can speak to and that there has to be a dispute case for me to receive my item/get my money back. The one item I did receive was very cheap and not true to size at all. I would not recommend ordering from them. They are over priced and their customer service is far from accommodating or even existent.
