Don’t waste your money - chintzy products
Ordered two dresses not knowing this company is from China, like other reviews it took 1 month to be delivered. The dresses came and were not high quality whatsoever. The vneck was more of a try to be swoop. They didn’t come with a second liner (as shown in the photo) and the pattern wasn’t the same. I do not recommend this company and it’s very disappointing

Hi Haley, We are so sorry you had a bad experience with Boho Beach Hut. We looked into your order and show that the dresses you ordered arrived in 30 days. We are so sorry for the delay due to COVID-19. Our shipping times have improved most recently, but that does not help you with your past order. I also looked into the items you ordered. I show that these dresses do not come with slips and I am not able to see in the pictures that they do come with slips. I do show in the description of the dresses that slips are not included though. We are very sorry for disappointing you on your order and would love it if you would take advantage of our Return Policy. Please let us know if we can help you with anything else.

STILL NO SUNGLASSES
I ordered my daughter a pair of sunglasses at the beginning of May. It is July 12, and we have yet to receive them. I've emailed the company several times, and I too, get the run around about Covid. Two and a half months is TOO long to wait on a pair of sunglasses. My daughter bought those with her own money. She deserves better. Please look into this order. The last tracking information I have is from June 4.

Package hasn't arrived 5 weeks after ordered
I ordered a dress for my daughter to wear on her honeymoon on June 5th. They processed my charge card with the order. It is July 11th and I still haven't received the dress. Honeymoon is over. Their tracking doesn't work and their customer service replies are frustrating.

As of today..
As of today... So far out of the $445.00 order on June 2nd I am still waiting on a few items. The clothes are not as pretty as the website. The shoes I ordered on a different order look nothing like the picture and are hideous. I wish I had found the reviews here instead of trusting the reviews on their website. Will never shop there again. Most items had a sticker that said Made in China when arrived with Chinese writing in the label. The clothes are not quality for the price. They should be no more than $10 each. 🤦🏼‍♀️ For anyone seeing my review. I have replied to them privately with all my information.

TERRIBLE COMPANY CHARGES CARD BEFORE SHIPMENT
I ordered 2 swim cover ups on April 21, 2020. It is now June 21st! No updates unless I have asked for them and still they give me the run around and say shipping is delayed due to Covid. But then WHY WOULD YPU CHARGE MY CARD $80 upon order when you STILL haven’t shipped the product?!

Do not order from this site
Do not order from this site. It all looks adorable in photos but trust me its a bunch of Chinese garbage. The jewelry is plastic and turns your skin green. Its also been two months and have only received 2 of my five items. Their return policy is so ridiculous you then can't return the garbage they sent you.Customer service is a complete joke. Don't fall for the pics!! GARBAGE!!!!!
