Poor quality and nonexistent customer service. I ordered a swim cover-up for my wife and was extremely disappointed when it arrived. The fabric looked and felt very cheap, and the stitching was noticeably poor. It looked nothing like the quality suggested by the photos on the website. What made the experience much worse was the customer service. Their website prominently advertises “45 Day Returns,” yet I contacted customer service three separate times requesting a return and received absolutely no response. After getting nowhere with the company, I finally had to dispute the charge through American Express. Cheap-looking product, poor construction, and a return policy that was effectively useless because nobody would respond. I would not order from Boho Beach Hut again.

Ordered a dress. It was expensive, but ill-fitting and poor quality material. Realized their return policy only allows in-store credit. Sent it back and left a bad review on the item which never showed up. I couldn't find anything but 5 star reviews on the site. Got another item since they were going to keep my money anyway. It was baggy and see through. Don't shop here.

I ordered a tee shirt from Boho Beach Hut that arrived promptly but is very poor quality and not what they described. Very short in length, much too thin, and terribly scratchy fabric. They DO NOT offer refunds. Only exchanges or in store credit. $38 in the trash is incredibly disappointing. This is not good customer service.

Their website is great. But once you get their products, it sucks. There's nothing appealing about it. And it's costly, I prefer to have my money back than to exchange for something else that could be worse. I just wasted $85 on junk. On 2 tee shirts. A dissatisfied customer. BT

Bought 3 things and arrived while I was in Germany for a month. Packed New York this past weekend and a hole in the dress so couldn’t pack, couldn’t wear and they won’t even allow return. What a horrible customer experience. First and last order ever!!!!

DON'T GET SUCKED IN!! My husband bought me a gift, which I tried to return. I was told I could only make an exchange. I did that, and the item didn't fit. I've been trying for over 1 month to send it back. It's impossible - they make you go through their site and submit a request, which goes unanswered. I've reached out to the rep who communicated with me about my original return - they aren't answering. I've left a voicemail - no answer. I've reached out on IG - no reply. I'm stuck with a $60 item I don't want with no way to return or exchange.

Avoid this company - do not purchase from them. Their merchandise looks great but is very poor quality and they not allow refunds - only store credit with a discount and charge return shipping - Worst of all they do not respond to e-mails. i have contacted my credit card company for my refund -
