Purchase a Bodywel M275 Ebike. The bike has a good range with a large battery, nice to ride and good value for the money, unfortunately some rust appear on top of the front forks during the warranty period. Reached out to the customer service team (who have been really professional in with dealing with the issue). The issue has now been resolved to the satisfaction of both parties.

Happy with the product. The check out experience with the upsells was frustrating with glitches and a bit confusing with a the 6 BioChips then a Welcome offer of 6 BioChips. Not sure about the difference but it got me buying the same thing twice with two separate transactions. Guess I’ll gift some or find a use eventually for all 12. Just was not expecting that charge.
