Hello everyone, I want to say that I just received shipping information about my order a few minutes ago. I thought that the BodytrainerX company had ripped me off, but I am glad to say that I was wrong! I rather be wrong and admit that I am wrong then to be cheated out of my money. Please, email the company about your order. I want to apologize for accusing them of cheating me out of my money.

One star is the only thing I could give to do a review. This company is a total rip off!!!!! Customer service horrific. I was issued a refund. I have emailed twice to receive it and they only send a generic email that their staff is reviewing request. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!! The product shipped from a slow boar from China too!

I didn’t have a problem getting the product in time, and so far it works great! I’m sure the foam will not last super long. But it does give a good arm workout!
