I purchased this item as a gift. My friend phoned me to share their experience of using it. Following are the things my friend shared: 1. The instructor in not speaking in English. How ridiculous! 2. She doesn’t give the person time to transition from one exercise to another. 3. Expressed that she is a poor instructor, and has no clue how to instruct someone in using this item. I don’t as a rule do reviews, but I am so disappointed to give such a poor gift to a friend!

This is a total scam!! I purchased the product about a month ago and still have not received my equipment and when I try to call customer service all I get is a busy signal and now I’m trying to get my money back through email is the only point of contact. I’m getting the run around and they say there is no information on me or that I ever purchased anything. I am in the process of trying to figure out where I can report this to or file a complaint.

If I could do negative, I would. This company takes your money but you never get the order. It comes from China. Don’t fall for it!
