I've been here a handful of times, and I seriously can't believe how blind I was about my body composition before. Since I started scanning back in Oct. 2025, I've lost 2% bodyfat (this is huge for me), decreased my visceral fat, and overall have just been able to finally understand my body enough to change my habits. I found the scan data SUPER helpful and the entire appt took less than 15 minutes! It allowed me to precisely measure my body fat to confirm if my new diet was working at all. Big fan
