The staff is very friendly and make you feel very comfortable. The red light therapy, however, is extremely expensive and you would be better to get a membership to Glo for basically the same treatment with daily use.

I love having these resources so close to home! It was a little awkward going for the first time as it’s in the front of the home & there’s some building going on along the side. I will definitely be going back & exploring the other offerings they have. I went for a fat reduction session.

The young lady who conducted the consultation was awesome. I just wish the pads covered my knees and feet. I thought it was a full-body season.

Very welcoming and no judgement. The only negative thing I can say is, I couldn't continue because the cost to continue was prohibitive.

Really enjoyed the experience. Everyone was super nice and made me feel welcome. Was not very fond of the vibration machine but other then that it was a great experience.
