The appointment was not what I expected. I was explained how and what would happen. The instructions were great and easy to follow.

I received the red light therapy. I was also weighed and Patty went over my whole body composition in full detail and she was extremely supportive. I lost 1 lb in a matter of days after my first treatment and I continue to lose. Not only was the treatment helpful but it was also very relaxing.

Ashley is just lovely and the red light pod is comfy and relaxing. But most of all I feel better after each session!!
