Used to be very good a few years ago but not anymore. I go elsewhere now as they are a nightmare to deal with and the service is very poor. I'll leave you with this: They are trying to sell 1kg tubs of smooth peanut butter nearly SIX MONTHS out of date for £9.99. What does that tell you?

Non delivery and no answer to emails inquiries

Honestly, don't bother, go elsewhere. Order came through fine, not like for some other people, had Pure Di-Creatine Malate in my order, and my God this thing is disgusting, it tastes super sour, makes your teeth feel funny afterwards, doesn't mix very well, and is super grainy. Tried to mix it with the protein i ordered, and i had to chuck it, as it turn protein super sour, and it went all gassy, so made me feel a bit sick after 2 sips ! Also protein they sell, most of it doesn't even have % of the whey it contains, and one that i ordered turns out to be soy protein instead of whey, like it said on the website. So yeah, people, don't bother and go elsewhere ! Contacted their customer service 4-5 days ago still no response ! Could add reviews to their actual products on their own website, and wish i checked trust pilot before placing an order ! And it used to be a good company from my experience...

I have been waiting for the replacement item nearly one month, until now I have not received it. I sent an email to get a refund but no answer. Don't waste your time with this company, find somewhere more trustworthy. I strongly don't recommend.

If I could give no stars I would. Ordered one item for my son about two years ago and they have bombarded me with texts ever since at all hours of the day and night. I follow the instructions to BLOCK but they are ignored. I have emailed them and instructed them to stop and have written them a letter stating that they are breaching GDPR. But still they carry on. It is harassment.

Account doesn't log you in. No one ever answers the phone. Shambles of a company

Gone down hill over the years Highly marked up prices with mediocre discounts trying to entice customers in but don't be fooled, protein pounds bonus also now withdrawn another nail to the coffin. Overall, very expensive compared to alot of other leading brands of same quality and taste. Customer service leaves alot to be desired too. They've lost 7 customers this week

As for start my order arrived when realized the expiry date is almost here. Im buying bulk so thats an issue. Talked to c.s. and tried to send it back for 2 days but the link they've provided was wrong so after 4 wasted day they got back to me with a new one. Tried and worked! Was waiting for a week when asked where is my new item they have said they need to receive mine b4 they will send it to me... it took over 2 weeks of waiting when they've sent the wrong items back!! And im back at where ive started! Customer service is just giving a sweet talk and NOT solving problems uve paid for and NOT getting your item!!! Absolute rubbish what they r playing here!! And still havent recieved my items what ive purchased on the 10th of Jan! Waiting and waiting!!
