Bodybuilding WarehouseReviews of bodybuildingwarehouse.com

Avoid at all costs. Tub arrived smashed, with protein powder spilt everywhere. I have tried emailing, twice tried the chat option on the website (clearly not monitored), no response to any of it. Also tried twitter (X) they clearly don't monitor that either. The protein is cheap, but it doesn't dissolve very well and taste is average. Try somewhere, anywhere else.

Ordered 7 days ago with next day delivery. It still has not been sent. This is the second time that this happened. Why are you advertising next day delivery when you don’t even send the product out until I have to complain & send multiple messages via social media etc to get my order?! I will definitely not be bothering with this company in the future

you are going to get bombarded with spam emails multiple times per day anytime you buy from this company - regardless of whether or not you have subscribed - reported to the ICO.

Wood and plastic in my protein shake. Contacted them on facebook and email and they ignored it. If I hadn't blended the shake it could have easily caused an injury and someone could potentially die choking on this amount of material.

Had bw+ this is a joke your supposed to get quicker delivery because you pay a yearly fee for next day delivery .paid on 8th jan only fulfilled on 12th my order and still not delivered.. you pay this fee for what would be quicker through eBay.

Delivery arrived after 7 days, lid open with powder spilled out inside the cardboard box, absolutely shocking and very alarming that this company is continuining to operate reading the comments from customers. Will be sending samples off to be tested and reporting to trading standards. Absolutely disgusted!

Box ripped, tubs lying on their side with lids twisted, protein powder spilled in the box. No response to feedback form or numerous emails. From several review sites, this seems to be a very common occurrence.

I agree with the reviews of others. The customer service is non existent. Other sites of live chats, emails or built in messaging services whereas bodybuilding warehouse has nothing. Just an email where they do not even reply. I am not a long term gym goer who may have knowledge of the whey protein and which one suitable for vegetarians or for my diet. I have to ask this before buying the whey protein just to be sure however i am still waiting for their response and its been around a week. The offer of one of the things I wanted has gone too now whilst waiting for a reply. Imagine they sent you wrong item and you have no customer service then you are stuck
