Bob Taylor's Carpet finally response to my review posted 7 month ago. Point taken on your LACK of customer service! By the way, the BBB closed the case because Bob Taylor's at Crestview refused to address our concerns and we no longer wanted to waste our time with this store...Cut our lost and learn a costly lesson. But you won't fool us again.
