I decided it was time to treat myself…
I decided it was time to treat myself with a luxury watch. I had been looking forever so wasn't unfamiliar with Bob's but had never pulled the trigger. I finally reached out and was suprised with how helpful Larry was in ensuring I was comfortable making this purchase online. Literally had no worries after talking with him, so I placed the order for my Rolex Daytona and got and recieved it the next day. Amazing... and wonderful customer service on top of that. Thank you Larry, you were a huge comfort while making this purchase online.

Just bought my 3rd Rolex from Bob's
Just bought my 3rd Rolex from Bob's. The service has been great. Their team is knowledgeable and professional. The process has been easy and efficient. Buying a high-ticket item in a space that can be high-risk for counterfeit merchandise is unnerving. Bob's makes you comfortable with their people, process and certifications. I would highly recommend them - and have to my friends.

Rolex Explorer Purchased at Bob's Watches
It's can be difficult to find the exact watch you want especially within this industry. I wanted a Rolex Explorer from a specific year that meant a lot to me. After searching for what seemed like forever, I found Bob's Watches and their inventory impressed me. I was able to call in and talked with Chase, who helped me find the exact watch i wanted... I appreciate how helpful he was. It's always nice to have that trust when making a purchase like that and felt like the process could not have been smoother.

Fabulous Customer Service
This is my first time dealing with Bob's Watches. I've bought a lot of watches in my life and this is actually the first time I've bought a used timepiece. I can only say that I will be a customer for a long time! The process, professionalism and comfort were way beyond my expectations.
