She answered all my questions with patience, walked me through the details, and made sure everything felt just right — which meant a lot, especially since this was my first time buying from Bob's. The watch arrived in beautiful condition, exactly as described, with all the proper documentation. I later decided to switch to a smaller model, and the exchange process was incredibly smooth.
