A joyful experience
I don’t usually write reviews but I love it when a seller treats me like I’m the most important thing. This is how Paul, from Bob’s Watches made me feel! When I initially tried to purchase my watch online using my PayPal account, it asked me for the password and then a credit card number. This struck me as odd so I called their 800 number. I explained to Paul and he immediately helped me and explained everything along the way. He made me feel assured of this big purchase I was making for my husband’s 25th anniversary gift. I received the invoice/receipt in my email and the watch the very next day! I had to sign for it and show proof of identity. The watch was in excellent condition and had the box and all papers! This is only the first watch that I will be buying from Bob’s Watches and I will definitely be spreading the news! Thank you so much Paul!
