I recently purchased a Rolex SeaDweller from Bobs. I dealt with Harrison who was prompt courteous and knowledgeable about his products. I was pleasantly surprised when they not only met but exceeded my expectations of this experience. The overnight delivery, the ease of the wire transfer and especially the quality of the sales associate, Harrison, all ensure I’ll recommend and return myself for future watch needs.

The level of service was top notch
The level of service was top notch. Quick response and someone always answers the phone. Plus that overnight delivery is ideal.

The best !!…
I worked with Ramsey Elmewafy he was a pleasure to do the sale with. He was very helpfully with the paper work and keeping me informed. I contacted several other watch places in the Atlanta area. Bob's Watches made the best offer .

I saw a Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean on…
I saw a Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean on website that i had been looking for, I wanted the 42 mm size. I asked about it's availability, quickly had response that it was available. I ordered it on 5/14, it shipped on the 15th and arrived on the 16th. Watch is near perfect. Couldn't be more pleased. One comment, they should ask about buyer's wrist size. Mine is quite large and i will need to have it sized correctly.

I sent in my Rolex and the final offer…
I sent in my Rolex and the final offer came in slightly lower than the estimate because it needed a new crystal. What I appreciated is that they only deducted their actual cost of $100 when a jeweler would have charged around $300+ for the same repair. That felt very fair and transparent.

Hello - Thanks for the positive words. That’s exactly how we approach offers when pricing a customer's watch. Any adjustments are based solely on the actual cost of the work required, nothing more. In this case, the crystal replacement is a great example. Rather than inflating repair costs, we simply pass along what we’re charged so everything is as fair and transparent as possible. I would give them five stars but I’m a…
I would give them five stars but I’m a bit concerned, there website states that I would receive a CSA report within 1-2 days , I purchased the watch 6 days ago and no report? If I don’t receive the report today I’ll be returning the watch. I’ve just updated my purchase with Bobs , as of today they sent me the CSA which, definitely puts my mind at ease.

Rolex purchase at Bob’s watches, the best!
Simply the best experience I’ve ever had in purchasing a high-quality watch. Associates are tremendously helpful very patient and respectful and willing to take the time to make sure you are purchasing what you really want. Never any pressure.

I decided to pick up another Rolex
I decided to pick up an additional Rolex and could not find one locally. I found a couple I liked and communicated back-and-forth with Harrison. He did a phenomenal job with communication follow up and making sure I got the watch. I wanted and nearly perfect condition. I am very happy overall and plan to do business again in the future.
