I appreciate the quality of their product and customer service.
I appreciate the quality of their product. How quickly they responded to my inquiries and their willingness to assist me in making the Bobblehead realistic. They went above and beyond good service. I don't usually write reviews.... but this company is great!

This has been an amazing experience
This has been an amazing experience. I started with an email close to midnight ET and received an immediate reply from a real human being who walked me through the process - told me how to meet the time deadline that I had and replied to my emails even after I had placed the order with humor and solid support. Thank you - thank you for having such responsive staff members and it is only a few minutes after midnight as the project is under way.

The team listens...
The team regularly sent images of the model to get my approval or edit request. They "listened". As a result the imagine matched exactly, so I entrusting them with a second project.

I did a little bit of research before…
I did a little bit of research before finally deciding on ordering from bobbleheadgifts. I received proofs throughout the process and everything I asked for, I received (darker eye, color, adjustments to the suit and hat). I cannot wait to give this as a Father’s Day gift.
