Horrible service! Ordered over a month ago. They are not responsive. Keep promising updates and send me the same pictures as before. They have stopped responding but I can see that they have read my messages and they do not answer calls. I need a refund!

Worst thing ever, got one for my birthday and the face looks nothing like me but to be fair uniform looks good apart from apron a different colour. Replacement which was only slightly discounted I look like a girl and they have completely made up the uniform put a whole new logo Onit which I don’t even know where it came from. Utter rubbish and wouldn’t even rectify the issues. Communication was like talking to a 4 year old.

Customer service is second to none, keeping us up to date with photographic progress of each step. We were even able to offer slight changes which were accepted and acted on, eg.eye colour and logo on t-shirt. We got the weightlifting bobble head and it looked even better in real life. Utterly no complaints, a great company and, again, excellent service throughout.

I ordered two personalised bobble heads for my son’s 18th birthday as a surprise. Communication throughout was excellent. Delivery was as advised. And the bobble heads were fantastic. Very talented. Will definitely purchase again.

I ordered x6 figures and they are all spot on! They even put an Apple Watch on one of the figures. The attention to detail is amazing and everyone loved them. We will be ordering more as gifts in the future

Not great! Never got the email to review the face, then when I did finally get it, the eyes were BROWN and my hubby’s eyes are crystal BLUE! Then I was told it was TOO late to change it so I just canceled this— VERY disappointed- this was for my hubby’s 70th birthday 😂
