BobblegiftsReviews of bobblegifts.com

So very talented! Communication was great throughout and they even added a customised request for me. The likeness is uncanny and I can't wait to see his face when I give this gift to my surgeon. I'm now thinking of Christmas gifts...

Well worth it- the instructions to customise my personalised bobbyhead is easy and straight forward. The time from when I ordered and had it delivered was even better. The detailing is great. Overall my experience was worth promoting it to my friends, family and work colleagues. Thanks guys

While I definitely can't give this company 5 stars for the final product or their service, I will share some issues of which prospective consumers may want to be aware before investing in them: - During the order process, they sent a picture/mold from someone else's order and asked us to approve it. - They sent us a proof after they claimed they had already shipped our order. When we complained that the proof looked nothing like us, they admitted they had lied about shipping it. - They falsely claimed that we did not order expedited shipping, when we did. - They stopped responding to us after we pointed out that 1) the proof did not look like us and needed to be modified and 2) we ordered expedited shipping and expected the final product to be delivered before our wedding. - We were sweating up until the day before our wedding, worried that the product would not arrive. They did not respond to any of our communication. Finally, the mediocre final product arrived. We did get to use it for our wedding, and our guests were delighted, even if we thought the final product was pretty mediocre.

They were very consistent with sending me progress pictures of my figure and have very good response time for when i had any questions. The quality of product was also top tier and my band director absolutely will love and cherish this gift for a long long time!

Fast service and very helpful support even the delivery was faster than expected. It took them about 1 week to make the bobblehead head and about 1 week for delivery. The bobblehead looks even better in real life and better than I expected it to be.I’m so happy and satisfied with everything!

Everything about the experience was great!! Jessica was amazing, we had really good communication by the team sending photos of the progress and asking for feedback to make it exactly how I wanted it! Every single detail was exactly what I asked for. The delivery was pretty quick and it arrived in perfect condition. Would 10000% recommend for a fun and cute gift for a loved one 🙌🏻

Die Figur sieht nicht annähernd aus wie ich,sie sieht furchtbar aus. Der Kundenservice reagiert nicht auf meine Mails. Ich bin sehr unzufrieden und enttäuscht!
