I’m updating my previous review. The item arrived the day after I tried contacting them. I received no updates to check progress and although they had my number they never checked why I wasn’t approving the pictures they say they emailed to me. The item itself is actually lovely and novel, it’s just a shame there’s a couple of errors and there’s improvements to facial features/hair that I would have made given the opportunity. I’ve not tried to resolve any further as I don’t think I’d get anywhere with them and the email to contact them doesn’t seem to work anyway. So I’ve accepted it’s a gift which isn’t 100% correct and doesn’t look quite like the person it’s supposed to be 🤔
