I chose this company because the site said I could view it prior to receiving. On the order form was a spot to write instructions. I wrote green base, Happy 70th birthday Waldo. The piece arrived with the words Green base, Happy Birthday Waldo. I tried contacting the company, but they did not respond. Also, the shoes are on the wrong feet. Disappointing for the price.

Great customer service, kept me updated with progress. Final product very realistic, wedding outfits exactly like the original. Came well packaged & within plenty of time. Cannot fault.

They did fantastic on keeping me updated on the process. However, I had an issue with a few details and they said they were unable to correct them because it was already "baked" and done. Why send me photos for approval if you can't correct anything? Overall a good product.
