Hi Brenda. DeMay, We’re truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We understand how disappointing it is when a personalized bobblehead doesn’t look as close to you as you had hoped, especially for something intended to be a special keepsake. Our bobbleheads are individually handmade and customized based on the photos and details provided, and we always strive to achieve the closest possible likeness. We’re also sorry that the delivery took longer than expected. We’ve located your order information and will arrange for a dedicated customer service specialist to review your case and follow up with you directly. We’d appreciate the opportunity to better understand your concerns and see how we can assist. Thank you for sharing your feedback.
