Liked: Looks like the pictures I sent. Decent communication, $20refund for a damaged product on arrival (in my amateur opinion the body was/is too heavy for the small base and not balanced, she broke where the feet attach at the base) Disliked: damaged $150 product (well $130 with the $20 refund) Would not order again. Expensive mistake

Dear Sheila Rice, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We sincerely appreciate your honesty and are glad to hear that the product matched your expectations in terms of appearance and that our communication met your needs. We deeply regret that the item arrived damaged and fully understand your disappointment regarding the balance of the design. Your feedback about the structural stability is incredibly valuable to us, and we’ve shared it with our product team for further review to prevent similar issues in the future. While we’re glad the partial refund of $20 could offer some resolution, we recognize it doesn’t fully address the inconvenience caused. As a small gesture, we’d like to extend a 15% discount code for your next purchase with us (code: GIFT15), should you reconsider giving us another opportunity to serve you better. If there’s anything else we can do to improve your experience, please don’t hesitate to reach out directly at [[email protected]]. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re committed to making it right. Warm regards, The BobbleGifts Team
