Amazing job with the bobble head, great communication from them, and completed the bobble head very quickly with great quality and precision. Definitely well worth the price you pay. I was on rush as I ordered a little last minute but they managed to get it out and on time for my leaving do! (and I apologise for rushing despite the scheduled timeline!) Highly recommend: Bobblehead quality: 5 stars Communication: 5 stars Price: 5 stars Speed/Schedule: 5 stars

Very attentive to my needs and kept me in the loop. I wish the character looked a bit more like the picture. Although, I was asked if I was satisfied with the final product and I said yes because I didn't have time to wait. Overall, good service and experience. I will use them again.

Dear Sindy Mulumba, Thank you for your honest and thoughtful review. We're really glad to hear that you felt well taken care of throughout the process, and we truly appreciate that you would consider using us again. At the same time, we're sorry to hear that the final look didn't fully match the photo you shared — especially since you felt unable to request changes due to timing. That's not the kind of situation we want any customer to be in, and we will work hard to do better. Please reach out to us directly before your next order, and we'll personally make sure the likeness is exactly what you're hoping for. Thank you again for your trust and understanding.
